Just begging for it, these lads, dunno if you have ever seen them interviewed together, back in the day, but mad as hatters, funny, cute, clever...and all the fic is with the greatest of love and affection - you see, they give so much in their music and interviews about themselves, real hearts on sleeves stuff, and the RL story is better than any soap opera fic in drama and angst and love, so slipping into fiction is as natural as falling off a log. Wouldn't surprise me if they had written some of it...and surprise me even less if they read....

Jumping in here to say that I firmly believed that RPS was reprehensible until I got into the Libertines. It's just so much believable with Peter and Carl than with almost any other given pair of real-life men (who aren't actually openly in a sexual relationship with one another, that is). Beware the seductive powers of what's been called 'Carl's filthy-thought-inducing mouth'!
